When will my order arrive?

 

As soon as you place the order, our logistics department will contact our suppliers to receive your order at the Madrid headquarters. After this, we will get to work on packing your order and dispatch it to the destination address. You must consider approximately 15 working days since you place the order. You will receive an email with your tracking number when the order arrives at the Madrid headquarters.

 

Can I get my order in less time than the habitual one?

    Yes, you will have a maximum period of 14 natural days from the delivery of the product, to communicate your total or partial withdrawal of the purchase, in accordance with the applicable legislation.

    Once the term of 14 natural days has expired, Luksso will not accept refunds. The return made in time, will not involve any penalty.
